Most small business websites fail one of two tests. They either do not show up when someone is looking, or they do show up and lose the visitor inside ten seconds. Neither is a design problem. Both are strategy problems dressed up as design problems.
We build custom WordPress sites for Volusia County small businesses on lightweight builder tools like Breakdance, the same builder we use on this site. Fast, modern, fully owned by you, with no platform lock-in.
We build the site around three questions most designers never ask:
That third question is where most agencies stop working. We do not. Every site we build connects directly into your Volusia Digital CRM, so the form submission turns into a tracked lead, an automatic reply, a follow-up sequence, and a calendar booking. Not a notification you will miss on Tuesday.
Every build includes the work that should be standard at a small business agency, and almost never is.
Most of our plans include managed WordPress hosting on our own infrastructure. Fast, secure, Cloudflare-configured when it makes sense, backed up daily, monitored around the clock. If you would rather host elsewhere we work with most reputable providers and can help you pick one without selling you a stack you do not need.
Hosting gets overlooked until it causes a problem, and it is one of the few parts of a website where doing it wrong quietly costs you money for months before anyone notices. We wrote a full article on hosting fundamentals that explains what matters, what to ask, and what to walk away from.
Your domain stays in your name. Your Google Business Profile, your CRM, your email list, your hosting account, your ad accounts, all in your name from day one. We have admin access to do the work, you stay the owner. Once the six-month commitment is complete, the website transfers with you too. We would rather keep you because the work is good, not because the contract is hard to escape.
We schedule a discovery call. We ask about your business, your customers, your current site's performance or lack of it, and what a website that works would actually change for you. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you and point you somewhere that is. If we are, you get a proposal with a fixed scope, a fixed price, and a timeline you can plan around.
If the agency owns your Google Ads account, your domain, your CRM, or your email list, you do not own your business. You own the revenue your business produces as long as the agency agrees to let you.
If the answer is complicated, confusing, or full of industry acronyms, find a different agency. Complexity is usually how people justify prices they cannot justify any other way.
Some agencies lock you into 12-month contracts with penalties. Some hold your assets hostage. We do not do either. You own your site, your domain, your ad accounts, your CRM data, and your email list. You can leave. We would rather keep you because the work is good.
Most builds run six to ten weeks from kickoff to launch. Discovery and copy direction take the first two weeks, design and build run four to six, then revisions and launch sit at the end. We give you a hard timeline in the proposal, not a vague depends on the project.
Yes. The domain is in your name, the hosting account is in your name, the CRM is in your name. We have admin access to do the ongoing work. If you ever want to leave, you take everything with you and we hand off cleanly.
Yes. Breakdance is built for that. We train you and your team on text, image, and basic layout edits at handoff. If you would rather not touch it, that is what the monthly maintenance plan covers.
Depends on what is wrong with it. We do an honest audit before quoting either path. Sometimes the existing site is technically sound and just needs strategic and content work. Sometimes the foundation is bad enough that fixing it is more expensive than rebuilding. We tell you which it is before taking your money.
Use them if your needs are simple and you do not plan to grow. WordPress is a better platform for long-term ownership, advanced functionality, lead routing, integrations, and SEO. Most Volusia County small businesses outgrow Wix or Squarespace within three years. We have rebuilt enough sites off those platforms to know what we are talking about.
Website work is included in our monthly performance plans rather than charged as a separate large up-front build fee. Plans start at $50 a month for hosting only, $325 a month for the Solo plan that includes a custom WordPress website with on-site SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and CRM access for one user, and $499 a month for the Full plan that adds full CRM access, a content shoot, and twelve supplemental social posts every month. Chamber and BNI members receive 10 percent off any plan with proof of membership. Full pricing is on our pricing page. No book-a-call-to-unlock-the-price gates.
Our monthly performance plans have a six-month minimum commitment, then continue month to month with thirty days notice to cancel. The six-month window gives the website work, on-site SEO, and content time to actually produce results. Anything shorter and you are paying for setup without seeing the payoff. The Signature Guarantee program is prepaid for three months because that is the window the guarantee covers.
Yes. We are based in Deltona and the majority of our clients are in Volusia, but we have clients in Lake, Orange, and Seminole counties as well. The community-focused approach we take to Volusia work applies anywhere we have feet on the ground.
Call (321) 300-2460 or email [email protected]. We will ask a few questions, tell you honestly whether we are a fit, and if we are, we will send you a proposal you can read in ten minutes without a calculator.
