A logo isn’t a brand. Here’s what is.

Most small businesses get a logo and call it a day. Then their website, their ads, their social posts, and their business cards all look like they came from five different companies. That’s not a brand. That’s a logo doing too much work alone.

The Branding Kit is your brand book. It’s the foundation every other piece of marketing stands on. Without it, every campaign starts from scratch. With it, every campaign starts from a system.

What you get

A 5-page brand reference document, one page per included item, delivered as PDF plus editable source files. Built to be read in fifteen minutes and used for the next decade.

Page 1: Vector Logo Variations

Primary logo, secondary mark, icon, and black-and-white versions. Delivered as vector files (SVG, EPS, AI) plus web-ready PNGs. Built to work at any size, on any background, in any medium.

Page 2: Typography System

Approved commercial-use font pairings for headings, body copy, and accents. You get the actual font files and the license that lets you use them, not just a recommendation. No surprise legal exposure later.

Page 3: Voice and Tone Guidelines

Who your audience is, how you talk to them, and what words to use and avoid. Short, usable, and written so the next person who touches your marketing can match the voice without guessing.

Page 4: Brand Usage Guidelines

Spacing rules, sizing rules, color usage, what to do, and what to never do. The reference document we hand to designers, printers, vendors, and anyone else who touches your brand.

Page 5: Business Collateral Templates

Business cards, letterhead, social post designs. Editable templates you can reuse forever without paying a designer every time you need a flyer.

What this is not

This is not a 60-page identity manual. It’s not a logo design competition. It’s not a six-month branding engagement. It’s a productized deliverable built for small businesses that need professional brand assets without paying agency-of-record pricing.

If you need a full identity system, accessibility audits, applied identity across packaging, signage, vehicle wraps, and trade show booths, that’s a Custom Project. We quote those separately at $145/hour. Most Volusia County businesses don’t need that. The Branding Kit is what they actually need.

Timeline

Two to three weeks from the day you complete the brand intake. We don’t rush it. Your brand will live on every piece of marketing for the next ten years. Two weeks is reasonable.

Why do this before the website

Every decision on your site, your ads, your CRM emails, and your social posts flows from your brand. If we build the site first and then the brand, the site has to be rebuilt to match. Doing the brand first means everything downstream is consistent the first time.

If you already have a brand book that covers the five items above, send it over. If you don’t, we recommend starting here.

Investment

$500 per brand. One-time. Yours forever.
