The Signature Guarantee is not a default option on every plan. It is a tier we offer to businesses that meet the conditions required for us to actually stand behind the promise. Enrollment is approved at onboarding.
If you cannot meet these conditions, we will work with you on a non-guarantee plan instead. We will not take guarantee money from a business we cannot deliver for. That is the whole point.
Qualified organic traffic, online conversions, and tracked sales conversions are measured via Google Analytics 4 and ad-platform reporting against a baseline we establish together at onboarding. The 90-day clock begins the day all required tracking is confirmed live.
“Qualified organic traffic” means traffic from users in your target geography and audience. Not bot traffic, not referral spam, not your own employees clicking the site. We define this with you up front, in writing, so there is no argument later.
If the benchmark is not met — or you are not fully satisfied with our services — we continue working at no additional service fee for up to an additional 90 days. The extension includes SEO, organic posting, web hosting if we host your site, and extended complimentary access to the Volusia Digital CRM.
Hard advertising costs are the exception. Ad spend for Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta, or CTV campaigns is not covered after the initial three months — we keep managing those campaigns at no additional cost, but the ad dollars themselves are yours from day 91 on. The service fee is what we put on the line, because the service is what we control.
