Done-With-You

What to Expect

We are a reciprocal agency. Not done-for-you. Not set-it-and-forget-it.

Our approach is built on a simple idea: treat your business the way we would want ours treated. We bring the systems, the execution, and 20 years of experience. You bring the knowledge nobody else has about your customers and your community. Both sides invest.
We are smart at marketing. We have worked across a lot of industries and we know how the pieces fit together. But we do not know your business the way you do, and we do not pretend to. The same way we do not expect you to know marketing fundamentals the way we do.
The best marketing plans are a partnership. We bring the strategy, the support, and the tools. You bring the knowledge of your customers, your operation, and your market. We will not waste your time, but we do need your input at the points where it matters.
We are also looking at the bigger picture. Each service we offer focuses on a specific area, but our view across the engagement is always holistic. Branding, web, SEO, paid media, reputation, and the CRM are not separate departments to us. They are moving parts of one growth system.
Every Engagement

What is true on every engagement

Before we get into the plan-specific work, a few things apply to everyone who works with us.
Your accounts and data are yours from day one. Domain, hosting account, CRM data, ad accounts, GA4, Google Business Profile, Pixel, and your content. We do not hold accounts hostage.
Website ownership vests on a schedule. The website design and code itself transfers to your ownership after six months on monthly plans, or three months on the Signature Guarantee. Either way, when ownership transfers, the site is yours to take anywhere.
Plans are prepaid. We do not chase invoices. We do the work.
Onboarding starts with a short intake form. Sent the day you sign. Captures your business basics, your goals, your access credentials, and the people we need to loop in.
Brand book first if you do not have one. Colors, fonts, voice, logo usage. Every marketing decision flows from it. If you do not have one, we recommend starting with our Branding Kit so the work downstream does not have to be reworked later.
CRM access where it fits. If your plan includes our Volusia Digital CRM and you do not already have a CRM, we will provision your account during onboarding. If you already have a CRM you are happy with, we will not push another one on you.
Monthly strategy calls. Every active client gets a recurring call to review what is working, what is not, and what is next.
Hard Truths

Hard Truths moments

At some point in our monthly strategy calls, we may come to you with what we call a Hard Truths moment.
These are not personal. They are things we notice from the outside that the inside view tends to miss. A bad review that needs a response. Leads that are not getting followed up on. A gap in your community presence that is costing you visibility. A pricing or operational issue that is making the marketing job harder than it needs to be.
We bring these up because the best marketing in the world cannot fix a broken business model. We will do what we can to help. Sometimes that is a conversation. Sometimes it is a referral to someone who handles the part of the business we do not.
Realistic Timing

SEO is a long-term play

Do not delay. That is always our best advice. The sooner the foundation is in place, the sooner it starts compounding.
But have reasonable expectations. You will see measurable results within six months, almost certainly. Some results take longer, and some are murkier by nature. Brand lift is real, but it is not always measurable in the way you think it is. Someone who saw your name three times this quarter and finally called next year is a result we will not always be able to trace back cleanly. That does not mean it did not happen. It means marketing is partly an investment in being remembered, and remembered is harder to chart than clicked.
We will report what is trackable. We will be honest about what is not.
Plan-Specific Phases

Find your plan

The phases below depend on which plan you are on. Find yours and read the block that applies. Full pricing for all plans is on the pricing page.
Solo, Full, or Advanced

If you are on a Website Performance plan

Phase 1: Site Build. Up to three weeks. Most builds finish in two. If anything pushes past three weeks, we will tell you why and what is left. At the end of the build, you get a review window. Walk the site, click everything, send a list of what needs to change. We address it. Then we launch.
Phase 2: The 100-Point Optimization Plan. Launch is where the work that actually moves rankings begins. Keyword research, on-page content, schema, site speed, local SEO, social profile optimization, and the rest. The work rolls out month over month. See the full list.
Phase 3: Ongoing Maintenance. Security updates, performance monitoring, backups, recurring optimization passes, and monthly reporting. The 100-Point work is not a one-time event. Items get revisited and refreshed as your content grows and search engines change.
Advertising on the Advanced plan. If you are on Advanced, your plan includes paid media. Read the paid advertising block below for how that layer works.
Commitment. Six-month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. Website ownership transfers to you at the six-month mark.
Signature Guarantee

If you are on the Signature Guarantee

Phase 1: Site Build. Same as above. Up to three weeks, review window, launch.
Phase 2: The 100-Point Optimization Plan, condensed. On Signature Guarantee, the same 100-point work is condensed into a 3-month window to support the 90-day guarantee timeline. The work is denser, the pace is faster, and the reporting cadence is tighter.
Phase 3: Paid advertising. Targeted ads, retargeting, and ongoing optimization run alongside the SEO work. Read the paid advertising block below.
Phase 4: The 90-day measurement window. The guarantee clock starts the day all tracking is confirmed live. If the benchmark is not met, we continue at no additional service fee for up to an additional 90 days. See the full Signature Guarantee terms.
Commitment. Three months prepaid. Matches the guarantee window. Website ownership transfers to you at the three-month mark.
Paid Media Stand-Alone

If you are on a Paid Media stand-alone plan

This is for clients who already have a working website and want paid advertising managed (Paid Ad Management for Google or Meta, or Programmatic CTV and Geofencing). No site build, no 100-point optimization, just the ads.
Setup. Ad accounts are created in your name if they do not exist already, or we get access to your existing accounts. Conversion tracking is installed and verified. Audiences are defined. Creative is reviewed and approved by you before anything goes live.
Launch. Campaigns go live once tracking is confirmed working. Not before.
Retargeting included. Always. A first-time visitor rarely buys on the first touch. It takes 5 to 12 touchpoints to move someone from awareness to a sale. We are obsessed with whether those touchpoints are happening, not with which one closed the deal.
Ongoing. Creative, audiences, budget, and performance are reviewed with you at every reporting interval. Nothing changes without your sign-off.
Commitment. Month-to-month after the initial setup. Setup fees are one-time.
