The phases depend on the plan. Website builds run up to three weeks. The 100-Point Optimization Plan kicks in after launch. Paid media includes retargeting by default. But the universal pieces apply to everyone: a short onboarding form, brand book first if you don't have one, CRM access where it fits, monthly strategy calls, and account ownership from day one.

We're also looking at the bigger picture. Each service we offer focuses on a specific area, but our view across the engagement is always holistic. Branding, web, SEO, paid media, reputation, and CRM are moving parts of one growth system, not separate departments.

If you're approved for our Signature Guarantee program and don't see increased traffic and sales within 90 days, we keep working at no additional cost until you do. Enrollment is subject to approval — not every business is a fit for the guarantee, because we can only stand behind results when the foundation is right. To qualify, you need to use a Volusia-hosted website, prepay for initial advertising, maintain the access we need to run campaigns, and follow our strategic recommendations. No gotchas — but we do need you to actually work the plan with us.

Our monthly plans start at $50 for hosting-only and scale up to $499 for our Full plan, which includes website design, on-site SEO, Google Business optimization, supplemental social posting, and our all-in-one marketing CRM. The Signature Guarantee program is $1,500/month prepaid for 3 months. Ad management is 15% of ad spend with a $500 minimum, and custom work is $145/hour. The Branding Kit is $500 one-time. We publish everything on this page because Volusia County business owners deserve straight answers — not a 45-minute discovery call just to find out if they can afford the conversation.

Our monthly performance plans have a 6-month minimum commitment, then continue month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. The 6-month window gives SEO, content, ads, and campaign work enough runway to actually produce results — anything shorter and you're paying for setup without seeing the payoff. Our Signature Guarantee is prepaid for 3 months because that's the window the guarantee covers. Plans are prepaid; we don't chase invoices.

Your accounts and data are yours from day one. Domain, hosting account, CRM data, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, GA4, Meta Business Manager, Pixel, and your content. We don't hold accounts ransom and we don't hide passwords.

The website design itself transfers to your ownership on a schedule: after six months on a monthly plan, or after three months on the Signature Guarantee. If you want ownership sooner, we can quote an early buyout. If something goes sideways in the relationship, we'll always work with you on a clean resolution. That's the only way we know how to do business.

Yes, and paid social media is where we want to lead. Paid social is an entirely different ballgame from organic posting. It involves targeting, creative strategy, budget management, and ongoing optimization, and it is the right tool when your goal is brand visibility, lead generation, or reaching new customers. This is what we do best, and it should be left to pros like us.

Organic social media posting is a different conversation. We work with a lot of industries and we know them well, but we will never know your business the way you do. We won't be there to hear first-hand customer feedback, witness the success stories in person, or snap pictures on the fly in the field. We don't have the local connections inside your specific industry that you have spent years building. That is why organic social is best handled by someone inside your company, and our expertise there is giving you the tools, the training, and the strategy to do it well. We are happy to create supplemental posts for content that is not time-sensitive, but the boots-on-the-ground content needs to come from someone on your team who is living the business every day.
