Social Media for Volusia County

Social media tools and strategy, without the content-agency markup.

Here is the truth most agencies will not tell you. We do not want to post on your Instagram every Wednesday, and you probably do not want us to either.
The social media management model, a monthly retainer forever to an agency that writes three posts a week in your supposed voice, is broken. The business owner pays for content that does not sound like them. The agency loses interest after six months. Nothing ever really moves. Twenty years of experience and time on plenty of job sites still does not put us in your building every day. We are not the one shaking the customer's hand at the counter, riding along on the install, or hearing the question that came up in the parking lot this morning. That immediacy is what makes local social actually convert, and it belongs to your team.
Our Approach

We sell you the tools and the strategy, not the content.

We set you up with the Volusia Digital CRM for social media, the platform that unifies every channel, content scheduling, AI-assisted drafting trained to your brand voice, and an inbox that aggregates every comment and DM in one place. We build the posting templates, the content frameworks, the review-to-post integrations that turn a five-star Google review into a social post automatically, and the reporting that tells you what is working without logging into five different apps.
Then we train you or your team to run it.
Why Your Team Is Better at This

Day-to-day posting belongs to the people closest to the work.

Your techs know what a real day looks like. Your front-of-house knows what customers ask. Your owner knows the story. That is where the content lives. Our job is to make it easy for you to get that content out, not to invent content from three states away.
Where We Get Hands-On

Three places we run social directly.

Paid social advertising is fully managed by us, strategy, targeting, copy, creative, optimization. Same model as Google Ads. This is where hands-on professional execution earns its keep, because paid social is a fundamentally different discipline than organic posting.
Supplemental posts on higher-tier plans. The Full plan includes twelve posts a month from our team, covering holidays, industry "national day of" moments, highlighted reviews and testimonials, and evergreen content pulled from your own website. Supplementals are not a replacement for your team's behind-the-scenes, on-the-job content. They are engagement and trust signals that keep the calendar warm between the in-the-field posts only your people can produce. Our supplementals plus your reality is the combination that moves the needle.

Selective content shoots and bundled b-roll. Any time we are on site for a website shoot, Google Business Profile photos, or a virtual tour, we capture extra b-roll while we are there and feed it into your supplemental calendar at no additional charge. For the right engagement at the right spend level, we will also send a crew for a dedicated production day to build a content library you can draw from for months. Both are folded into broader engagements, not sold as a standalone retainer.
What We Do Not Do

We are not a content agency.

We are not your Instagram manager. If that is what you need and the fit feels right, we will refer you honestly to someone who specializes in it. If what you need is a better system, better tools, and better training so your business can handle its own social without feeling lost, that is the conversation we want to have.
Process

What happens when you call us?

We ask who is actually going to be doing the posting, whether you have any existing content (photos, videos, customer stories) to work with, and what you are trying to get out of social media in the first place. If you need tools and training, that is one engagement. If you need paid social, that is another. If you need content, we will tell you honestly where that fits in our work and where it does not.
Buyer's Guide

Three questions to ask any agency before you sign with them.

Who owns the accounts?

If the agency owns your Google Ads account, your domain, your CRM, or your email list, you do not own your business. You own the revenue your business produces as long as the agency agrees to let you.

Can you explain what you are doing in plain English?

If the answer is complicated, confusing, or full of industry acronyms, find a different agency. Complexity is usually how people justify prices they cannot justify any other way.

What happens if I cancel?

Some agencies lock you into 12-month contracts with penalties. Some hold your assets hostage. We do not do either. You own your site, your domain, your ad accounts, your CRM data, and your email list. You can leave. We would rather keep you because the work is good.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions about social media for Volusia County small business

Because the version of it that most agencies sell does not work, and we will not sell something that does not work. An agency three states away cannot capture the voice, the immediacy, or the in-the-field content that makes local social media actually convert. What we sell instead is the tools and the training so your team can do it well. The clients who tried it the other way and came to us were almost universally relieved.

Included in our Solo and Full monthly plans starting at $325 a month. The Full plan at $499 a month includes twelve supplemental posts a month from our team (holidays, industry days, highlighted reviews, evergreen content drawn from your site) plus a once-yearly content shoot. Paid social advertising is priced separately at fifteen percent of ad spend with a $500 monthly minimum. Full pricing is on our pricing page.

Organic social is what you post on your own page, free to publish, distributed to your existing followers and whoever the algorithm decides. Reach is small and unreliable. Paid social is sponsored content with targeting, budget, and conversion tracking. It reaches people who do not follow you yet. Different goals, different mechanics, different skill sets. We run paid. You run organic.

Depends on your customers. Most Volusia County local service businesses see the highest return from Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile posting. Younger demographics or visually-driven industries often add TikTok. B2B and professional services lean LinkedIn. We help you pick two or three platforms to do well rather than spreading thin across seven.

Yes, after training. We feed it samples of your existing content, customer language, brand tone, and the kinds of posts you want to produce. It drafts, you review, you publish. Most clients use it for first drafts and then edit, which is faster than writing from scratch but does not produce the generic AI-slop that audiences have learned to ignore.

The platform aggregates every DM and comment from every channel into one inbox so you can respond from one place. We do not respond on your behalf, because customer messages are conversations that should come from you. We do build automated first-touch responses for common questions, after-hours acknowledgments, and lead-capture flows so nobody waits twelve hours for a reply.

For the right engagement, yes. Our Full plan includes a once-yearly content shoot. Any time we are on site for a website shoot, Google Business Profile photos, or a virtual tour, we also capture b-roll for your supplemental posts at no additional charge. Larger campaigns can include a dedicated production day with a crew, producing a content library that lasts months. We do not sell content production as a standalone retainer because volume work without strategy is the kind of agency offering we built this business to avoid.
